Fields of Action: scores and recipes for radically inclusive education

From an artistic point of view, the term "score" refers to the instructions for carrying out an action. The transversality of the notion of the score as a protocol of actions can be traced in multiple artistic manifestations of the 20th century, such as the musical compositions of John Cage or the literary forms linked to the Futurist and Dadaist avant-gardes, the "contraintes" of the Oulipo, the "event-scores" of the Fluxus group, the action guidelines of Yoko Ono, the painting instructions of Andy Warhol or the experimental annotations of Trisha Brown.
With the prolific history of the score in the arts as a backdrop, this workshop proposes a creative dialogue between the visual arts, sound art and the living arts; rehearsing modes of writing and action that break with disciplinary categorisations and facilitate strategies for understanding arts education in a transversal, participatory and radically inclusive way.
